Our Process is Yours.
Collaborative, practical, and tailored to where you are — not where we think you should be.
At 25fifteen Solutions, we don't believe in cookie-cutter methodologies or rigid playbooks. Every organization we work with is different — different goals, different constraints, different levels of technology readiness. That's why our process starts with listening.
Whether you need a website built from scratch, a technology stack untangled, or better systems to support your team, we meet you where you are and build a path forward together. Expect honest conversations, clear milestones, and real progress — not consultant-speak.
How We Work Together
Every engagement follows a clear, structured path — but the details are always shaped by your needs, your timeline, and your goals.
Step 1
Discovery & Assessment
We start by understanding your organization from the inside out. Through structured conversations and a technology or operations assessment, we identify what's working, what's not, and where the biggest opportunities are. No assumptions — just honest discovery.
Step 2
Strategy & Recommendations
Once we understand your landscape, we develop a clear, prioritized roadmap. You'll receive practical recommendations with real options — not a one-size-fits-all prescription. We explain the trade-offs so you can make informed decisions.
Step 3
Planning & Alignment
Before any implementation begins, we align on scope, timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics. You'll always know what's happening, when it's happening, and what we need from you. No surprises.
Step 4
Implementation
This is where we roll up our sleeves. Whether we're building your website, configuring Microsoft 365, designing automation workflows, or improving operational processes — we execute with care and communicate throughout. You stay informed without being overwhelmed.
Step 5
Review & Handoff
Every project closes with a thorough review, documentation of what was built, and a knowledge-transfer session so your team is empowered — not dependent. We make sure you understand and own what we've delivered.
Step 6
Ongoing Support & Growth
For clients who want a long-term partner, we offer ongoing support, maintenance, and fractional operations or technology leadership. We grow with you as your needs evolve — staying engaged, proactive, and accountable.
Built to Last, Not Just to Launch.
We don't hand you a solution and walk away. Everything we build is designed for sustainability — systems that reduce manual work, documentation that empowers your team, and technology that scales with your growth.
Reduce Manual Work
We automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows so your team spends time on meaningful work — not busywork.
Document Everything
Every engagement includes proper documentation — SOPs, guides, and process maps — so your organization retains knowledge even as people and roles change.
Plan for Growth
Our solutions are designed to scale. We think ahead so you're not rebuilding from scratch when your organization grows or your needs shift.
Common Questions, Real Answers.
We know starting a new technology or operations engagement can feel uncertain. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the scope. A focused website project or Microsoft 365 setup might take 2–4 weeks. A broader technology assessment and implementation roadmap typically runs 4–8 weeks. Ongoing support engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in unless both parties choose otherwise.
How much will I need to be involved during the project?
We keep your time investment as light as possible while making sure you're always informed. Most clients spend 1–3 hours per week on check-ins, feedback, and approvals. We'll agree on your level of involvement before we start — no surprise demands on your calendar.
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually just a conversation. We'll ask about your goals, current challenges, and any existing tools or systems you're using. From there, we'll scope the engagement and send a clear proposal before any work begins.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes — the majority of our work is done remotely via video calls, shared documents, and collaborative project tools. For local clients who prefer in-person sessions, we're happy to accommodate that too.
What happens after the project is complete?
Every engagement closes with documentation, a handoff session, and a 30-day window for follow-up questions at no additional charge. After that, ongoing support is available on a retainer or as-needed basis.
